New footage of world's largest shark. It's mouth alone could eat half an adult body in one bite
New, unseen footage of what is largely touted as the biggest great white shark ever caught on camera has been released. Orginally filmed off the coast of Guadalupe Island in Mexico in November 2013, this new footage (watch below), was not released until now.
The seven metre-long female, who was christened "Deep Blue", and is seen against the background of several cage divers. Her enormous size is a sight to behold. She was filmed .
Diving enthusiast Michael Maier, 48, released this video of Deep Blue, whom he says is also pregnant.
Even though the footage captures Deep Blue nipping at the shark cage, one is more likely to be killed by a dog or struck by lightning than one is to be killed by a shark.
